Hartlaub, Dotten & Mezzacca, P.C., is a general practice law firm that traces its roots back to 1952, when the firm Hughes and Hartlaub was established in Summit, New Jersey, by Raymond J. Hartlaub, father of the current managing partner R. Jeffrey Hartlaub, and District Court Judge John L. Hughes. Today, more than 60 years later, the firm is still located in Summit, New Jersey; it is well respected throughout the region, and holds an “AV” rating (the highest available) from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent attorney rating organization in the United States.
